Overview:
This course is designed to help participants gain the foundational knowledge of cybersecurity principles and services for cloud computing through a guided hands-on approach and real-life scenarios. The participants will explore the identity & access management features, secure network to access resources, data encryption, and monitoring and incident response.
Outlines:
- Using Resource-Based Policies to Secure an S3 Bucket - Lab 1.
- Securing VPC Resources by Using Security Groups - Lab 2.
- Encrypting Data at Rest by Using AWS KMS - Lab 3.
- Monitoring and Alerting with CloudTrail and CloudWatch - Lab 4.
- Remediating an Incident by Using AWS Config and Lambda - Lab 5.

Who Should Attend:
- Any individual with diploma or degree in CS, IT, IS, ICT, CIS, MIS, Data Science, Engineering, Maths, Business Management, or any related field.
Participant Should Have:
- Completed the Foundation Course or have equivalent experience.
- A Laptop or table that supports Wifi, laptop with i5 CPU and up is preferred.
- Active and accessible personal or business Email for AWS account activation.

About Trainer: Abdallah Altrad
Abdallah Altrad has received his master and PhD degrees in information technology from the University Utara Malaysia. He worked as a lecturer in Malaysia for more than 5 years, during that time he taught various computer science courses. Currently he is a lecturer at the American University of Phnom Penh (AUPP) since 2020, he teaches and trains programming, security, and other IT-related courses at AUPP.
